Mo’s is located in the village of Cayuga on Route 90. With a limited budget and serious time constraints, painting the walls with fun bright colors (red and blue) went a long way. The white tile backsplash was a serious eye sore as well as the exposed exhaust sytem on the ceiling.
Solution:We decided on matt black to help make the tile background disappear, and cleverly used chalkboard paint on the exhaust pipes for menu items and specials. Further decorating with more “honky-tonk” accessories added more charm. The far end of the counter will be used as a mini bar with a few stools and neon signage.
